The creation of a regular poker tournament?
I'll be creating a regular, weekly em no limit poker tournament at a local bar. I wonder, what does it take to do this? With regard to materials, it occurred to me-tournament-clock cards dealer button Felt Outside-chips materials, also came up with a list of official rules. Is there anything else that's important?
"Rules" also mean you have everything ready structure, too? In other words, do you know how big your blinds will be at each level? How many chips each player beginning with? How each color chip worth? How long will each level be? How much does it cost? Is there or is not re-purchase and if so, at what level to stop the re-purchase? What is the prize structure based on 10 people? Based on 20 people? 30, 40, more? What is the limit of people who can participate? Other questions: Is the "house" (or is) the adoption of some of the money, and if so, how the police will keep you happy or not aware? (That's one thing that could make this illegal.) When people are eliminated from the tournament, are in a position play "cash" games at a separate table? Who is going to try the game? Will you move from one player to another? (In any case use a cutter "card" to be placed in the bottom of the cover.) These are just some questions I have. Maybe you already thought about all this. If so, great.
